Maybe in the case of severe dyslexia, but not in most cases. I have so much respect for dyslexics and have heard too many inspiring stories of their lives to be able to think their brain isn't fully developed. I know they have a different structure to their brain... but I can't accept a under developed brain. They have too much potential and abilities outside of language tasks.
